2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account and Registration

Some features of our site require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed. An order is not considered accepted until payment is confirmed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through PayPal. You are responsible for all charges associated with your order, including any applicable taxes. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

6. Service Delivery

GabeVPS Store provides VPS hosting as a digital service. After your order is processed and payment is confirmed, your VPS configuration information and access details are delivered by email. We do not ship physical products.

7. Returns and Refunds

Refund requests may be eligible within 72 hours from VPS provisioning completion, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. First-order money-back eligibility applies once per customer. Renewals and upgrades are excluded unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GabeVPS Store or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam, conducting attacks, hosting illegal content, or engaging in activities that infringe the rights of others.

10. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you host on your VPS. You warrant that such content does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties. We are not liable for content hosted by customers.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GabeVPS Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GabeVPS Store from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
