Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refund requests may be eligible for VPS orders that meet the conditions described in this policy. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the limitations and exclusions below.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours from the time of VPS provisioning completion. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. First Order Limitation

First-order money-back eligibility applies once per customer. If you have previously received a first-order refund, subsequent orders are not eligible for the same first-order refund benefit.

4. Exclusions

Renewals and upgrades are excluded from refund eligibility unless otherwise stated in writing. This policy does not apply to orders that have been used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Once a refund is issued, it is final and cannot be reversed.

6. Service Termination

When a refund is issued, the associated VPS service is terminated. All data on the VPS may be deleted as part of the termination process. We recommend backing up any important data before requesting a refund.

7. Abuse and Violation Conditions

Orders that have been used to engage in abusive, illegal, or prohibited activity as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or policy violation.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team through the Contact page or by email at [email protected]. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your request.

9. Refund Decision

All refund requests are reviewed by our team. We will notify you of the decision by email. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed in accordance with the terms of this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
