This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the rules for using GabeVPS Store services. By placing an order, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use your VPS for any unlawful purpose or in any way that is harmful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, the activities listed in the sections below.

3. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You must not use your VPS to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or any form of unsolicited communication. This includes email, SMS, and other forms of bulk messaging.

4. Malicious Activity

You must not use your VPS to conduct or facilitate attacks on other systems, including DDoS attacks, phishing, malware distribution, or any form of unauthorized access to computer systems.

5. Illegal Content

You must not host, distribute, or facilitate access to illegal content, including content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or violates applicable law.

6. Resource Abuse

You must not use your VPS in a way that negatively impacts the performance or availability of other customers' services. This includes excessive resource consumption, running unauthorized services, or engaging in activities that degrade the shared infrastructure.

7. Cryptocurrency and Mining

You must not use your VPS for cryptocurrency mining or any activity that consumes excessive CPU or GPU resources for the purpose of generating cryptocurrency.

8. Anonymity and Evasion

You must not use your VPS to facilitate anonymity, evasion of law enforcement, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of illegal or abusive activity.

9. Compliance with Law

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where your VPS is located and where you are located. This includes data protection, intellectual property, and telecommunications laws.

10. Enforcement

We may monitor usage to enforce this policy. If we identify a violation, we may take action including issuing a warning, suspending service, or terminating the service without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
