GabeVPS Store provides VPS hosting as a digital service. There is no physical product to ship. Your VPS is provisioned on our infrastructure and made available to you after your order is processed.

After your order is processed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your VPS configuration information, access details, and setup instructions. This includes your VPS specifications, connection information, and basic guidance for getting started.

3. Delivery Method

All VPS information is delivered by email to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email promptly.

4. Processing Time

Order processing time depends on the payment confirmation and provisioning workflow. We do not promise a specific delivery time. You will receive your VPS information as soon as the order is complete.

5. Access Information

Your access information may include connection details such as IP address, SSH or RDP access, and credentials. We recommend storing this information securely. If you lose access to your VPS, contact our support team for assistance.

6. Setup Instructions

The delivery email includes basic setup instructions to help you get started with your VPS. Additional documentation is available for the supported operating systems. You are responsible for configuring and managing your VPS after initial setup.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep our infrastructure available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
